Equipped with Yuchai four-cylinder engine, an integrated controller, and features real-time monitoring of operational parameters.
The double-speed plunger motor is bolstered by a reinforced folding track frame and an engineering four-wheel belt, enhancing the working pressure and significantly improving its climbing capabilities.
The sliding plate employs wear-resistant materials to ensure the longevity of the product.
The newly designed rotary system, featuring a high reduction ratio, delivers over 7000Nm of torque to the drilling car, while the cylinder propulsion greatly enhances the reliability of the drilling operations.
The hydraulic system has been upgraded, incorporating a cast iron gear pump with high strength and large displacement, ensuring product quality and boasting the benefits of an extended service life and stable performance.
The rig's shell utilizes thickened profiles and includes lifting rings for easier loading, unloading, and hoisting, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including the drilling of large-diameter holes for photovoltaic foundation piles at construction sites, as well as in hydroelectric projects, open-pit mining, and road construction.
